For the last three years the Maynard Public Schools have partnered with the Education Commonwealth Project (ECP), based at the University of Massachusetts, to conduct student, staff, and parent surveys that are professionally crafted, reliable, and valid measures of how well our schools are doing in several critical areas. The areas surveyed include measures of Academic Learning, Community & Well Being, Resources, School Culture, and Teachers & Leadership.
ECP has also created an easy to use dashboard to allow for easy reading of the data and analysis of how well our district is doing in these critical areas. The information can be broken out building by building, and by subgroups of students in each building. Since ECP is state funded, all of these services are provided at no cost to the Maynard Public Schools.
The Maynard Public Schools is making all three years of this information available to the public, and will continue to publicly share all survey data in the future.
