New employees have 30 days to enroll in Health, Dental or Life Insurance benefits. Benefits begin on the first of the month following your first 30 days of employment. For example, benefits will begin on November 1st for someone who starts work on September 10th.

Open enrollment for benefits occurs every May. During this time, existing employees can choose to add or drop Health, Dental or Life Insurance.

Benefits may also be changed any time of year with a qualifying event, such as a marriage, divorce, birth/adoption of a child, child reaches age 26, loss of health care coverage through your spouse, etc.
