Maynard Public Schools

The author of the book DIARY OF A WIMPY KID (2004), Jeff Kinney, hosts the High School Quiz Show: Extra Credit at his business An Unlikely Story Book Store and Café in Plainville, MA.  Maynard High School was well represented at the event last Saturday March 16, 2019.  In the picture, Jeff Kinney is the Master of Ceremonies on the left.  The Maynard students from left to right are; Noah DeCastro, Talal Siddiqui, Adam Henderson, and Hazelyn Aroain.  After our competition, Mr. Kinney was so nice to us that he gave us a tour of his studio where we saw his memorabilia from all of his books and movies.  I would like to extend a special thank you to Maynard High School English Teacher, Mr. Dug Luther, for being the adviser for this event.
